At Canvasyclasseu.world, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we've designed our return policy to be fair and straightforward.

Important: Plants are living organisms. Please inspect your plants immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if you notice any issues.

Return Timeframe

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most products. For live plants, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there are any health concerns.

Eligible Items for Return

The following items may be returned:

  • Accessories: Pots, planters, soils, fertilizers, and other non-living products in original, unused condition
  • Damaged Plants: Plants that arrive damaged or in poor health (must be reported within 48 hours)
  • Wrong Items: Items that differ from what was ordered

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Plants that have been planted or repotted
  • Items damaged due to improper care or handling after delivery
  • Perishable items that have been opened or used

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide return instructions and authorization
  4. Package items securely in original packaging when possible
  5. Ship items back using the provided return label or method

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Plant Health Guarantee

We guarantee that all plants arrive healthy and in good condition. If your plant arrives damaged or dies within 7 days of delivery due to shipping stress, we will replace it at no additional cost (subject to availability).

Please note: We cannot guarantee plant survival after delivery, as it depends on proper care and environmental conditions.
